Frozen, Bone marrow mononuclear cells are isolated from normal, human bone marrow aspirate using density gradient separation. Isolating mononuclear cells eliminates erythrocytes and granulocytes, leaving behind a population of cells including lymphocytes, monocytes, hematopoietic stem cells, progenitor cells, as well as mesenchymal stem cells.
