At every stage our process beginning with enrollment, collection, selection, storage etc.., we “assure” quality and instill trust with our clients.  We have systems set in place to double if not triple check a client’s entire collection and preservation process including: enrollment information, blood testing and the final preservation process.  Two key features we highlight in our quality services to our clients are DNA testing and Redundancy (or duplicate) stem cell samples. We provide extensive pathogen testing on all blood drawn including DNA testing to assure client authentication. In addition, we create an additional stem cell sample that will be stored in a remote and non-disclosed location in case of a disaster situation to ensure that a client will always have access to their cells. Our adult stem cell collection and preservation services are seamless and automated to our clients due in part to the sophisticated equipment and the quality controlled laboratory processes. We do all processing and storage onsite in our own state-of-the-art stem cell collection and preservation laboratory and facility.  In order to provide “assurance” to our clients, we have a team of licensed clinical laboratory scientists and medical technologists with extensive blood processing and banking experience. As part of our long term strategy, we have also invested in the industry's best cryopreservation processing and storage equipment, the AXP™ & BioArchive® developed by Thermogenesis and provided through GE Healthcare.

As part of our premier services, we offer a 5 tier approach to collecting and preserving cells for our clients which includes: Collection, Processing, Safe Storage, DNA Security and Retrieval. Our clients and their cells are “hand held with white gloved service” from the point of enrollment on through the final certification confirming their stem cell preservation status.
