Our fees are structured at levels in order to offer greater discounts to clients who want to make multiple stem cell collections/deposits to their AssureImmune stem cell bank account. We also offer annual storage pre-pay options so that clients can take advantage of substantial savings when storing their adult stem cells. Our clients' immediate or extended family members may also be interested in our services and may also qualify for discounts if they purchase multiple adult stem cell or cord blood collections. Our focus is on making it affordable for entire families to bank at AssureImmune. We structured our fees for premier collection and preservation services for:

Annual Storage Fees

Our service continues well after your cells have been collected and stored.  At the time of deposit, we provide our clients with a Certificate of Ownership verifying the total number of nucleated cells banked.  After year one, our clients are charged an annual storage fee of $349 for monitoring and cryopreservation of their adult stem cells in our cell vault.  AssureImmune offers annual storage pre-pay options so that clients can take advantage of substantial savings when storing their adult stem cells.   Annual storage fees are subject to change unless clients choose to participate in 5, 10 or 20 year Pre-Payment Storage plans summarized below.

Multiple and Family Discounts

AssureImmune offers clients the opportunity to bank additional donations for themselves and their family members by providing substantial discounts for multiple donations and for the collection of stem cells from the cord blood of newborns.  Clinical data indicates that newborn stem cells may have broader therapeutic efficacy since the stem cells are more concentrated in the blood at birth, the least differentiated and more readily match adult recipients.  This could be very valuable for an extended family in need of cells for a loved one with no immediate family match.

AssureImmune recognizes that particular value of stem cells from newborns and also specializes in the collection and preservation for our clients that want to preserve some of the most valuable adult stem cells found in a baby’s cord and placenta.  We provide special pricing for our client’s family members that may be expecting and that are interested in our cord blood collection and preservation services.
